Refund and Returns Policy

At SheenFashion, we want you to love every product you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Certain items such as lingerie, innerwear, sale items, and accessories are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@sheenfashion.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted for size or color issues, subject to product availability.

  • If the desired size/color is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
